Payments & Policies

Booking

*Drop in Care longer than 7 days requires a 50% deposit upon booking

*Overnight Care more than 5 days requires a 50% deposit upon booking

*Remaining balance due is within 24 hours of completed service

At this moment only cash and contactless payments are accepted.

*Cash, Check, Applepay, Venmo, Cashapp, Paypal are accepted

Cancellation Policies

Standard Policy

Drop In Care with 50% deposit require 2 day advanced cancellation for full refund.
Overnight Care with 50% deposit require 1 week advanced cancellation for full refund.

Failure to follow policies will require full deposit for ALL future services upon booking with a seperate cancellation policy

*Here at Beyond The Leash, I understand emergencies happen and ALL policies are subject to change at company discretion

Before any booking, a completed owner/pet information form for each pet under care and an in-person meeting with you and your pet are required to ensure the safety and comfort of all parties

About Me

Hi I'm Summer! The founder of Beyond The Leash Animal Care LLC.

Animals have been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. Our home was always full of them, from cats and dogs to rats and turtles, and I was the kid who couldn't resist bringing home strays. As a teenager I started pet sitting for friends and family and over time realized this wasn't just something I enjoyed, it's where I felt most at home.

In 2026, while caring for two dogs for a friend, I decided to turn that passion into a career and founded Beyond The Leash Animal Care. To me, great pet care goes beyond a quick potty break or feeding. It's about noticing personalities, learning each quirk, and building trust to ensure each pet feels safe, comfortable, and cared for while you're away.

Whether it's one cat or a whole farm, my goal is to provide steady, compassionate care that gives you peace of mind.
